Wow! I used to go to Newtown Soberton school, so many years ago now, I think I started back in 1992. So many years have passed since then, I feel so old looking back at my old school. I expect all the teachers I had back then are no longer at the school, Mrs Jones, Mrs Porter and Mrs Workman

I attended Newtown school approx 1951/2 - Mrs Braham was the head mistress
wife of Rev(Dr)Braham. My father was a naval Officer and we lived opposite
Rookesbury Hall at Midville cottage. I am a proud parent of two daughters and the eldest is about to graduate after four years at Uni/London - many happy memories
of Newtown/Soberton - now based in Dorset near Dorchester for many years.

Hey, I used to go to this school. I started in about 1993. It sounds like it's really grown. If any past students who attended when I was there or any other time want to start a group thingand get in contact, email me.

i love the new website! it is so cool for the school. i have been doing a lot of research on the school because of my work experience and my school coursework and now the website is so helpful. Before, i could not find enough information to conclude my experience for my coursework but now i find it far easier to understand and makes the school look far more better.
well done!
yours sincererly
